Rank and impact of forensic journals – Where do we stand?

Abstract

Researchers are constantly looking for bestjournalstopublishtheir work. In this regard, a need for selecting highly placed specialty journals has been emphasized. Researchers should look for indexing status, Journal Impact Factor (JIF), and journal rankings etc. for publishing their work. The task however, is not straightforward, considering the existence ofinnumerable indexing agencies, ranking systems,to impact factors derived by journalsto showcase their impact attract the researchers.
